1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files placed on your device via your browser. We also use similar techniques such as browser storage. Below, "cookies" covers all of these.
2. Functional (always active)
Strictly necessary for the website to work; no consent required and no personal profiling. We use: aim_lang (sessionStorage), remembers your language choice (English or Dutch) for the duration of one browser session, and expires when you close the tab. Nothing is tracked across visits.
3. Analytics (with your consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), measurement ID G-9MT4EMXNDM, to understand aggregated website usage: page views and interaction events (CTA clicks, AI Scan started/completed, form submissions). Configuration: IP anonymization enabled, no advertising features, retention limited to 14 months. GA4 places cookies of the form _ga / _ga_* (max. lifetime 24 months). Data may be transferred to Google LLC (US) under the EU, US Data Privacy Framework.
With your consent we also use Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., a Contentsquare company) for session recordings and behavioural analytics, to understand how visitors navigate the site. Hotjar places cookies such as _hjSession_* (current session, expires after 30 minutes of inactivity) and _hjSessionUser_* (recognizes returning visitors, expires after 1 year). 4. No advertising or social media cookies
This website places no advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking cookies.
5. Managing your preferences
You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer of every page, or by deleting cookies in your browser; the notice will be shown again on your next visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser settings, the website keeps working. Instructions: search "delete cookies" in your browser's help pages.
